He has held senior roles with full decision-making authority, including CEO, Business Development Lead, and Project Manager. He has been directly involved in the development and construction of some of Europe’s most strategic utility-scale photovoltaic assets, contributing significantly to the advancement of more than 600 MWp of photovoltaic and BESS projects. In parallel, he has led and supported M&A transactions exceeding 250 MWp, covering both early-stage and ready-to-build assets. He has also co-founded an independent platform focused on the acquisition and aggregation of photovoltaic projects across the Italian territory, playing a central role in its strategic positioning and operational growth.

He has operated at the highest levels for prestigious German investment funds, playing a leading role across the Renewable Energy and Real Estate sectors. He has held strategic positions such as CEO, Business Developer, and Head of Origination, leading high-value initiatives with direct market impact and contributing decisively to the structuring and execution of complex, highly profitable transactions. He has approved and brought to completion the development of more than 600 MWp of photovoltaic plants and BESS systems, as well as leading M&A transactions exceeding 250 MWp in aggregate capacity. He is also a co-founder of an independent platform focused on the acquisition and value enhancement of photovoltaic assets on a nationwide scale, where he played a key role in defining origination and investment strategies.

He has operated at the top level for some of the most influential European, American, and Asian investment funds, moving with authority in the Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, and Real Estate sectors. He has held senior positions such as Chairman, CEO, Commercial Director, and Business Developer, and has been a shareholder and strategic decision-maker in companies active in energy production and distribution. He has led complex operations as a General Contractor in the construction of large-scale plants and has had full responsibility for Financing and Investment Strategy operations. He has directed, built, and scaled high-capitalization businesses.
