Our team
Network Solare was founded as a bridge between investment and development, with the goal of tackling the challenges of the energy transition and quickly establishing itself in the photovoltaic, wind, and storage systems (BESS) sectors. We support institutional investors, infrastructure funds, and independent power producers in market access and portfolio development. Our team combines strategic insight with practical operational expertise across consulting, finance, industry, and public administration.

Alessandro Andolfo
Partner & CEO
Extensive background in photovoltaic sector development across international investors, EPC contractors, and module manufacturers. Previously held CEO, Business Development Lead, and Project Manager positions. Directly involved in developing and constructing over 600 MWp of photovoltaic and battery energy storage projects. Led M&A transactions exceeding 250 MWp. Co-founded an independent platform for acquiring and aggregating photovoltaic projects across Italy.

Top-tier experience with European, American, and Asian investment funds across renewable energy, oil & gas, and real estate. Held positions as Chairman, CEO, Commercial Director, and Business Developer. Shareholder and strategic decision-maker in energy production companies. Directed large-scale plant construction as General Contractor and managed financing and investment strategy operations.
